Why 3 frames? Your dude is all jittery and having a spasm underwater. I say 1 frame. Also, the tutorial sucks. Make it so it teaches to make a game with some hit tests and points and a point to the game!!!

A play button would be nice. I'm not good at programing either, but I know how to make buttons that work. It was a good idea but you need other colors. Try havining it so every click is another color and the color pops up randomly or changes shades or something.

there are to many dress up games and this one takes the cake. Graphics for an hour... dony know how slow fast you worked but they suck. Spend time on it. But create something other thatn a dress up game. They get old... fast.

Its a good idea but the notes dont match up and they dont follow a real beat. The notes are also the same over and over again. Also, change it to guitar and not bass, and dont make it into a slide not like they are. Needs hella lot of work.
